Mark Warburton, the former manager of Nottingham Forest FC, offered strong praise for the main shareholder of the team, in an interview with the BBC.

Warburton said that with Marinakis at the helm, the team’s fan will be delighted by what they see over the coming years.

“I have no doubt that the fans of Nottingham Forest will be very happy with what they will see in the next 2, 3, or 4 years. Mr. Marinakis has proven his mettle at Olympiacos FC, and I believe we shall see something analogous at Forest,” Warburton said.

“It is a huge club, with a great history and tradition, and it is now moving in the right direction,” I have no doubt about that Warburton underlined.
