Βίντεο που μεταφορτώθηκαν σε ιστότοπους κοινωνικής δικτύωσης –το πρακτορείο ειδήσεων Reuters δεν ήταν σε θέση να τα επαληθεύσει άμεσα– εικονίζουν τη γενική διεύθυνση ασφαλείας της πόλης στις φλόγες.
Στα βίντεο φαίνεται ότι η πρόσοψη του κτιρίου έχει καταρρεύσει.
